As an empath, dealing with anxiety and shame can be overwhelming. I should know, I've been struggling with these feelings since my teen years.
And I know as an empath it can be extra tough to deal with anxiety and shame even with tools and therapy because we don't process or experience these feelings as others do.
So, I've made this video to share some ideas that have really helped me get a better handle on my anxiety and the habits and thought patterns that tend to lead me down a path that doesn't serve me well.
In this video, we'll discuss ways to cope with these feelings and take care of yourself. My intention is to help you better manage anxiety and shame as an empath so you can have the richer, more fulfilling life that you deserve.
